There’s a chain here in Korea called Bon Bibimbap, brought to you by the owners of Bon Juk, a nearly organic “well-being food”. The family of restaurant chains focus on bringing you delicious, healthy food, with the charming slogan, “Never compromise health for taste.”

For lunch I had the huibibimbap, or basically tuna sashimi bibimbap. Bibimbap is a mixture of rice, greens, vegetables (mostly root veggies like carrots and Korean ones), and gojujung, chili sauce mixture.
